- Which manufacturer or supplier should I use?
- Which machine type should be purchased?
- What ancillary equipment is required?
- What services are required?
- What floor space is required?
- What consumables are required?
- What is the likely cost?
- What are the anticipated lead times?
- What staffing levels will be required?
- What will the print unit cost be?

Our team are qualified to assess your requirement and help you to decide whether the printing should be carried out in-house or if it can be profitably sub contracted.
If the decision is to print in-house we will recommend the most suitable process, produce a report detailing all the costings. The report will include equipment prices, lead times, running costs, labour requirements, Health and Safety and Environmental issues etc. In fact all you need to know to make an informed decision.
Once you decide to purchase we will assist in liasing with suppliers, oversee acceptance trials and installation. We will provide advice on plant layout, services and ancillary equipment requirements.
It may be necessary to brief management on the impact of the new processes. Operational staff may also need an introduction to the chosen process.
Once the equipment has been installed we will deliver a structured training programme for all staff involved in the new facility. This will be theoretical and practical training. |
