As we are independant of any particular manufacturer, we can examine the full range of available machines and equipment to ensure you receive the best possible advice and recommendations.
We can ensure that you select the right process and machine for your application. It is not the first time we have been told “We need a pad/screen printer” only to examine the project and find that the process being selected is not the most suitable but is being sold to our client because it is what the machinery manufacturer sells.
It may also be the case that your volumes do not warrant bringing the printing in-house and would be better sub-contracted out to a specialist.
We can offer the following services with regard to machine selection:
- Recommend the most suitable process.
- Determine whether printing should be brought in-house or sub-contracted to a specialist printer.
- Write a specification and put it out to tender for both the machine and ancillary equipment.
- Review quotations and make recommendations on equipment choice.
- Prepare a plant layout, to include a list of services required.
- Oversee print trials and acceptance trials
- Oversee installation.
- Implement training and smooth transition into production.
What is so often overlooked is the cost of ancillary equipment, consumables, services and facilities required which can very quickly add up.

Second Hand Machine
There are a host of second hand machines available in the market. If you wish to go this route you need to bear in mind that you may not be immediately able to source precisely what you want and you have no guarantee on reliability. However if you are patient you could grab yourself a real bargain. |
