If you are not familiar with printing processes it is possible that potential suppliers may be tempted to structure a solution that is more advantageous to them than you. Or more likely be unable to interpret your needs accurately.

PDS Consulting can offer you a range of solutions. Our independence means we are able to search throughout the market to uncover the ideal answer to meet your needs.

PDS Consulting are respected throughout industry and familiar with a wide range of equipment.

You will not suffer the loss of valuable management and production time with all the associated costs. This approach will ensure that there will be a smooth transition into production.

With the experience they have in Project Management our Consultants know what is required and how to go about finding information and specifications. With the ready built network of contacts, we are fast, efficient and able to progress quickly using proven techniques.

Our team are qualified to assess your requirement and help you to decide whether the printing should be carried out in-house or if it can be profitably sub contracted.

If the decision is to print in-house we will recommend the most suitable process, produce a report detailing all the costings. The report will include equipment prices, lead times, running costs, labour requirements, Health and Safety and Environmental issues etc. In fact all you need to know to make an informed decision.

Once you decide to purchase we will assist in liasing with suppliers, oversee acceptance trials and installation. We will provide advice on plant layout, services and ancillary equipment requirements.

It may be necessary to brief management on the impact of the new processes. Operational staff may also need an introduction to the chosen process.

Once the equipment has been installed we will deliver a structured training programme for all staff involved in the new facility. This will be theoretical and practical training.
