ASSESSMENTS
Over the years the Technical Assessment has proven to be an extremely valuable management tool resulting in hundreds of thousands of pounds of cost savings that have gone straight to increasing profitability.
Our technical assessments come in two parts, both of which can be combined to form a final report.
Skills Assessment - Using both discussions and testing we gauge current levels of knowledge and understanding of the topics that are relevant to each job role. This can involve all the work force or a sample of it. Take our quiz to see how much you know.
Process Assessment – Here we examine all aspects of how a facility is performing, making our judgements against best practice and industry benchmarks. The assessment takes account of the restrictions or advantages of equipment, environment and resources. The report is an invaluable management tool that can pay huge dividends.
The resulting report will detail areas where process improvements can be made. Alternative techniques may be suggested and could then be implemented as part of a training package. Where appropriate and if required alternative suppliers can be suggested. Our recommendations are generally no or low cost.

FREE INTRODUCTORY HEALTH CHECK FOR UK COMPANIES
If your company is based in the UK mainland, than we'd like to offer you a Free Health Check for your company. It will be undertaken by our very own Peter Kiddell, one of the worlds leading experts in screen, pad, and digital printing. If you haven't heard the name before where have you been?
Peter is an international Judge for FESPA, he is the screen print editor and writes a monthly column for Screen Process and Digital Imaging (SPDI) magazine. He is the current President of the DSPA UK. Peter has written the first Internet based Screen Printing Course: www.worldofprint.co.uk
After an initial introductory discussion Peter will carry out a 2-hour assessment of your stencil and print departments. During this time he will examine the working practices and the procedures in each department. He will converse with your screen printers to get a feel of their knowledge and understanding of the process. After completing this preliminary assessment Peter will prepare and present a summary of his findings and recommendations (approx. 45 minutes).
